Today’s guest on the podcast is Glenn Cameron.
Glenn is a senior investment consultant who was recently appointed as Head of Digital Assets at Cartwright, the independent, privately-owned pension actuarial, consultancy and administration firm. If you’re a financial layman like myself, it’s easiest to think of him as the guy who deals with institutional investors regarding Bitcoin.
Bitcoin’s institutional investors have been somewhat dramatically cast into the limelight recently with the SEC’s decision to allow the approval of spot Bitcoin ETF products for US citizens. Most people acknowledge that these developments are ushering in a new era of institutional adoption of BTC, with some saying that it also grants a new level of legitimacy to the decentralized money. So, I was extremely happy to sit down with Glenn and get his experienced opinion on what’s going on and what this means for the world of finance and individuals who want to be self-sovereign with their money.
This was a great conversation full of excellent insights from the world of legacy finance and will be of great value to anyone who wants to understand Bitcoin’s path forward towards mass adoption.
Enjoy the conversation.
