Hynek is the Head of Research at the Free Cities Foundation and the Chief Communications & Research Officer at Tipolis, Titus Gebel’s company focused on building Free Cities around the world.
This conversation was recorded during our trip to Croatia and Serbia and begins with us reflecting on the Liberland project after spending a few days exploring the area. By this point, a lot had happened, including my being detained by the Croatian border police and instructed to leave the country, as well as Liberland becoming flooded, rendering the road into it impassable.
