Natalie Danelishen: Twitter, Homeschooling & Ending the Fed

“We need to be creating free societies across the world. What was it that Hans-Hermann Hoppe said?  We need thousands of Liechtensteins'”.

We do need more of this across the world. You want to be able to run into your president at the local grocery store. That’s my opinion on it. We need more smaller communities that are free across the world.”

Natalie Danelishen: Twitter, Homeschooling & Ending the Fed

This week on the podcast I’ve got another episode for you from Liberty In Our Lifetime and it’s a light-hearted chat I had with one of the newest additions to the Free Cities Foundation’s team, Natalie Danelishen.

I need to confess something before you listen. When we originally arranged to record this conversation a few weeks ago, the only free slot Natalie had in her busy conference schedule was the 2-hour window immediately after she arrived in Prague, so she ended up coming directly to my studio from the airport and from, what had turned out to be a rather long and sleepless 28-hour journey from the USA.

Between the bouts of propping her eyes open with matchsticks, we did eventually manage to hone in on a number of topics in our chat.  From Ron Paul, the Mises Institute and her mission to end the Fed, to homeschooling, inflation, and how to win on Elon’s new Twitter platform when, like her, you’re trying to spread ideas of freedom and liberty.

It was lucky for me that Natalie’s such a good sport.  If truth be told, most other people I know wouldn’t have been so polite on that little sleep, so thanks for coming on and I look forward to part two sometime in the not-to-distant future.

Lastly, just to remind you all the Free Cities Foundation has published three new books in the last few weeks.  There’s an updated version of Titus Gebel’s book Free Private Cities that has six new chapters including updates and lessons learnt from the movement so far. There is also Alex Voss’s new book Strategies for Liberty: Free Cities and Bitcoin and finally, Calvin Dukes’s Entrepreneurial Communitites – An alternative to the State.

All of these books are a fantastic read and can be found on our website and Amazon.

Enjoy the conversation.
