Sebastian Weglarz: Libertarian Memes, Anarcho-capitalism and Polish History

“This is how memes are born.  You cannot predict them, you cannot control them and you cannot regulate them.

They have to come from your heart.”

Sebastian Weglarz: Libertarian Memes, Anarcho-capitalism and Polish History

This week’s podcast is a bit of a trip into the past. If truth be told, I had an audio problem with the episode I was going to air and then I lost access to all my upcoming shows (it’s a long story that I won’t go into). Anyway, whilst rummaging around in my archive looking for backups, I discovered an unpublished episode that I thought we had lost many months ago. It was recorded at Weekend Kapitalizmu in Warsaw just over a year ago (obviously… bear this in mind whilst we’re talking about current affairs etc).

Sebastian Weglarz is a Polish anarcho-capitalist who certainly wears many hats in life. He’s the head of outreach at Liberty International, which I’m told is the oldest organisation promoting Liberty worldwide. He’s also a marketeer, memer, rapper, and general advocate for self-sovereignty and the nomadic way of life.

In our (rather chaotic) conversation you can expect to hear our raspy, conference-damaged voices talk about, amongst other things: Polish history, Communism, Libertarianism, art, culture, Bitcoin, and memes.

Enjoy the conversation.
